This machine is more suitable for heavy cardboard than single-piece Automatic Folder Gluer Stitcher Machine and Intelligent Folder Gluer Stitcher Machine.

*The whole machine is modular produced, shaft-less, each unit has an independent motor drive and has a fast automatic order change system.

*The paper feed baffle is electrically adjusted up, down, left, and right. The paper feed belt is imported from Japan. The left and right paper feed plates are automatically aligned.

*The overlapping two pieces joint section has inner, outer, middle, upper and lower guides, equipped with pressing, guide pressing wheels, electric up and down, left and rightcontrolled by computer.

*High-speed swing nail head, upper belt of the stitching section can adjust the pressure, and the stitching distance & stitching quantity are controlled by touch screen. The function of stitching or gluing can be changed by program, reducing adjustment time.

*The up & down inlet belt of length, width, middle, as well as two turn belts & vertical belt can be synchronously conveyed with the carton to reduce the grinding and oblique creasingand carton bursting. The folding section is equipped with 16 pcs of folding wheels at different angels for accurate folding to reduce the friction and improve the forming performance.

*The top counting type stacker is used to ensure that the cartons are not scratched andtransported neatly to ensure perfect quality; the counting is controlled by PLC, and the carton size is automatically adjusted by PLC. It adopts unique cam, double-sided drive, Swiss linear bearings, imported dust-proof belts, and the counting part can move forward and backward; balanced pressing and neat conveying; when switching the function of stitching or gluing, the counting section can automatically adjust the speed according to the mode, and the counting can be accurately determined at high speed.

*The electrical appliance is CE certified for safety, with data upgrade management in the later stage, equipped with computer storage, barcode scanner, two touch screens, data adjustment, data error within ±1mm.
