Production process of FR4 materials
The production process of FR4 material includes fiber pretreatment, fiber preparation, mixture preparation, sheet production and so on. Specific processes are as follows:
1. Glass fiber pretreatment: the glass fiber is cleaned with deionized water and dried to the proper moisture content.
2. Glass fiber preparation: mix the pre-treated glass fiber with epoxy resin to prepare glass fiber composites.
3. Mixture preparation: Mix epoxy resin, hardener, filler, solvent and other materials according to a certain ratio.
4. Sheet production: the mixture is coated on the glass fiber composite material and cured by means of high temperature and pressure until FR4 material is formed.
