Brief Information
WDW-E series Computer control electronic universal testing machine is a high-precision, multi-purpose material testing machine for testing the mechanical properties of various metal materials, non-metal materials, composite materials, polymer materials and other materials. The servo motor drives the precision ball screw to rotate through the deceleration system, and drives the loading beam to move up and down to complete the tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling, puncturing, bursting and other tests of the sample or component. Both the stretching space and the compression space can be adjusted automatically by the rotation of the lead screw and driving the middle beam to move up and down.
The precision closed-loop control system composed of controller, servo motor, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer and computer can automatically and accurately control the test process and automatically measure test parameters such as test force, displacement and deformation.
The testing machine can realize tests such as constant rate test force, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement, and can realize three-stage control of force, deformation and displacement in one test, and the control can be smoothly switched
The test parameters are collected by computer and processed by software, which can automatically control the test process and automatically obtain the test results. The test curve and test results are displayed on the computer screen in real time, and the test report and test curve can be printed.
