CNC tungsten carbide roller ring machine is specially designed and produced for tungsten carbide roller ring grinding. CNC roll grinding machine has good rigidity, strong pertinancy, easy to use, high precision and good reliability. It is mainly used for coarse grinding, semi-fine grinding, fine grinding and non-spark grinding of outer circle and R-pass groove of tungsten carbide roller ring used in high-speed wire production.

CNC roll grinding machine adopts German Siemens 808D advanced industrial CNC system and Siemens three-axis AC servo motor drive system, and is equipped with mobile operator, easy to operate, stable quality and reliable performance.

The CNC system of the machine tool is configured with the special conversational system operating software developed by custom. The software covers all the requirements of the national standard and the user manufacturer for the processing of the roller ring rib groove (such as groove selection, continuous cutting mode selection, arbitrary division or space, cutting parameters optimization, etc.), which reduces the tedious programming work, ensures the processing quality, and improves the processing efficiency.
