The working principle of a diffusion silicon pressure transmitter is based on the sensor. The pressure sensor converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is amplified by a differential amplifier and an output amplifier. Finally, it is converted into a 4-20mA standard current output signal that is linearly proportional to the liquid level pressure of the measured medium (liquid) through V/A voltage and current conversion. It can replace traditional remote pressure gauges, Hall elements, differential transmitters, and has the performance of DDZ-II and DDZ-III transmitters. It can be used in conjunction with various models of dynamic coil indicators, digital pressure gauges, electronic potentiometers, as well as intelligent regulators or computer systems.

The diffusion silicon pressure transmitter adopts a self-developed anti-interference chip, which significantly improves its anti-interference performance. Its joints are made of industrial grade anti-corrosion rubber for shock and leakage prevention. The joint shell is made of PVE plastic, which is flame retardant, pressure resistant, and corrosion-resistant. The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant; Imported components are used inside the shell, with a linearity of up to one in ten thousand. The threaded joint adopts an international anti damping design that can withstand instantaneous impacts, and uses high-strength and adhesive packaging technology to make it more high-pressure and leak proof.
