This radar level meter uses high-frequency radar waves for level measurement. Radar waves propagate at the speed of light. After being emitted by the level meter, they are reflected back when they encounter the surface of the measured medium and are received by the level meter. By accurately calculating the time difference between the emitted wave and the reflected wave, combined with the propagation speed of the radar wave in the air, the liquid level height can be quickly and accurately obtained. This non-contact measurement method avoids direct contact with the measured medium, thereby effectively reducing the risk of wear and corrosion and greatly extending the service life of the equipment.
Its measurement accuracy is extremely high, reaching the millimeter level. Whether it is measuring massive amounts of liquid in large oil storage tanks or monitoring small changes in liquid levels in chemical reactors, it can provide accurate and reliable data. At the same time, it has excellent anti-interference ability, is not affected by factors such as medium density, humidity, steam, dust and stirring, and can work stably under various harsh working conditions. For example, in the crude oil storage tank area of the refinery, facing the complex environment, our radar level meter can still accurately measure the liquid level, providing a reliable basis for the storage and transportation of crude oil.
