The roller transfer machine mainly consists of a steel roller filled with oil and a blanket with a soft structure to form a pressure source. The fabric and the sublimation transfer machine are in close contact and enter the embossing gap. The roller can produce stable heat. Under the action of heat and pressure, the image and text on the sublimation transfer paper will be transferred to the fabric.

The drum-type thermal sublimation transfer machine is a device commonly used in thermal transfer technology. First, the pattern to be transferred is printed on the thermal sublimation paper using thermal sublimation ink using a printer, and then the thermal sublimation paper with the pattern is fed into the drum-type thermal sublimation transfer machine together with the material to be transferred (such as cloth, cut pieces, etc.). The drum of the machine heats and pressurizes the ink on the thermal sublimation paper to sublimate into a gaseous state, and then penetrates into the material fiber. After cooling, the gaseous ink re-solidifies on the material, thereby realizing the transfer of the pattern.

Structural composition

• Drum heating system: Generally, electric heating tubes or heat transfer oil circulation heating methods are used to make the surface temperature of the drum uniform and can be accurately controlled within the set range.

• Transmission system: It is composed of a motor, a reducer, a transmission chain or a belt, etc., which drives the drum to rotate at a uniform speed to ensure that the material and the thermal sublimation paper are smoothly transmitted during the transfer process.

• Pressurization system: Usually a pneumatic or hydraulic device is used, and the pressure of the drum on the material can be adjusted according to the material and transfer requirements.

• Feeding and receiving system: including unwinding device, guide roller, tensioning device, rewinding device, etc., responsible for accurately feeding the sublimation paper and materials into the roller, and rewinding the transferred materials and waste paper.

• Control system: with PLC or single-chip microcomputer as the core, it can accurately set and monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, transfer time, etc. in real time.
