I. Overview
Shengda's RFLD series filters are a range of high-efficiency filter products, widely used in various industrial fields to meet different filtration needs.
II. Working Principle
Filtration Medium: The RFLD series filters are typically equipped with high-strength wedge-shaped filter screens or stainless steel filter meshes as the filtration medium. These screens feature fine filtration pores that can effectively retain particulate impurities in the fluid.
Filtration Process: The fluid to be filtered (such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, etc.) enters the filter through the inlet. As the fluid flows through the filter screen, impurities larger than the screen gaps are retained, while the clean fluid passes through the gaps and continues to flow. The retained impurities gradually accumulate within the filter screen, forming an impurity layer.

Construction
The filter housings are designed in accordance with international regulations, if need, change-over valve can be stainless steel. All filters are with pressure equalization line, and connections for venting and draining of standard filters are NPT thread.

Standard filter elements are with bypass valve.
