I. Overview
Shengda's RF series filters are high-performance hydraulic filters widely used in various industrial fields.
RF series filters typically include a cover, a screw-in housing, and a filter element. For filters with a flow rate of 660 and below, the filter housing is integral. For filters with a flow rate of 990 and above, the filter housing is split.
RF series filters are standardly supplied without a bypass valve; if needed, it should be specified to the supplier beforehand. Starting from a flow rate of 330, a pressure relief screw is included in the standard scope of supply. Typically, RF series high-pressure filters come with only one interface for a clogging indicator.
II. Working Principle
The working principle of Shengda's RF series filters is to filter the oil in the hydraulic system through the filter element, removing metallic particles, mechanical impurities, and other contaminants, thereby keeping the oil circuit clean and extending the service life of the hydraulic system. When the oil to be filtered enters the filter through the inlet, it passes through the filtering action of the filter element, where impurities are retained inside the filter element, while clean oil flows out from the outlet and enters the next stage of the hydraulic system.
