The magnetic flap level gauge consists of a body, a flap box (composed of a small red and white magnetic flap), a float, a flange cover, etc. It is used for liquid level measurement in various liquid containers. It can be used for liquid level measurement and local display or remote transmission display and control in high temperature, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, food and beverage and other occasions. The product can achieve high sealing, prevent leakage, and safely and reliably measure liquid level under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and highly corrosive conditions. The entire measurement process has no blind areas, eye-catching displays, intuitive readings, and a large measurement range. It is equipped with liquid Level alarm and control switch can realize upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level or interface level. When equipped with a liquid level transmitter, the liquid level can be adjusted. The interface signal is converted into a two-wire 4~20mADC standard signal to achieve long-distance detection, indication, recording and control. Magnetic flap liquid level gauges are widely used for liquid level measurement and control in the production processes of electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, food and other industries.

Working principle:

The flap box outside the main body of the magnetic flap level gauge is affected by the float in the body (which has a directional magnetic source and is developed according to different media and pressures), causing the flap to flip and display red and white colors, and the indication will be different with the movement of the float. liquid level, red always indicates the level of the liquid. There is an eye-catching scale on the left side of the indicator, making the liquid level indication clearer.
