The RFLD series filters from Shengda are advanced filtration devices specifically designed for hydraulic systems. 1.1 Filter Housing
Construction
The filter housings are designed in accordance with international regulations.
The two sections of the filter housing are connected by means of a ball change-over valve. There are two types, ball change-over valve and segment change-over valve. Pressure equalization line exists between two sections, to decrease pressure impulsion because of change. For standard type, there will be connection for venting, draining and a clogging indicator.

Filter elements are validated with all ISO standards.
The max allowable pressure drop:
Glass fiber (BN/HC): 25 bar Paper(P/HC): 10 bar
Wire mesh (W/HC): 30 bar Stainless steel fiber(V): 30 bar

Filter Element Cleaning & Replacement: For cleanable filter elements, follow the manufacturer's recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures. After cleaning, inspect the filter element for integrity and replace it if damaged.
