The motion system is precisely controlled by numerical control, the digital transmission signal, and the automation of the

press creasing line forming method. Intelligent equipment with digital, easy operation input, one-button precise control mode.

Fast order changes can be completed in 30-50seconds. Automatic feeding, forming and folding, front & back pushed to

square, box stitching, box turn over, and count the output of the second beat.

The carton machine can be inline with flexo printing, slitter scorer machine, pre loader, and boundle machine, form a production line.

Partial function upgrade：

1. Add 1 set of rubber roller and creasing wheel

2. Two baffles are added on both sides of the folding section to assist the carton forming and reduce the folding deviation

3. Vacuum Suction upgrade, more stable

4. Add monitors, real-time monitoring
