I. Overview
As a high-performance double housing filter designed for in-line switching, the RFLD filter is suitable for filtering hydraulic and lubricating oils. It employs a deep interception principle, offering high flow rates (up to 1300L/min) and precise filtration rating (3-200 microns).
Made from materials including carbon steel and stainless steel, it operates within a temperature range of -10-+100°C. Equipped with a differential pressure clogging indicator, the filter element is folded from glass fiber material, boasting advantages such as high filtration rating, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high dirt holding capacity.

1.1 Filter Housing
Construction
The filter housings are designed in accordance with international regulations.
The two sections of the filter housing are connected by means of a ball change-over valve. There are two types, ball change-over valve and segment change-over valve. Pressure equalization line exists between two sections, to decrease pressure impulsion because of change.
For standard type, there will be connection for venting, draining and a clogging indicator.

The max allowable pressure drop:
Glass fiber (BN/HC): 25 bar         Paper(P/HC): 10 bar

Mounting: Filters must be flexibly mounted and not fixed rigidly to the floor or used as a pipe support.

Setting pressure of clogging indicators: ΔPa=2bar-0.2bar
Bypass cracking pressure: ΔP0=3bar+0.5bar
 
III. Application 
The RFLD series filters are suitable for various hydraulic systems, including the filtration of mineral oils, fire-resistant oils, lubricating oils, and other media. They are widely used in sectors such as petroleum, chemicals, liquefied gas, water supply and drainage, food processing, pharmaceuticals, power generation, papermaking, urban construction, mining, boiler steam systems, and municipal utilities.
