Structure-Details

• Feeding device: Common methods include vibrating plate feeding and conveyor belt feeding, which orderly transport the hose to be hot stamped to the hot stamping station.

• Hot stamping device: including hot stamping head, heating element, pressure regulating device and temperature control system, etc., so that the metal coating on the electrochemical aluminum foil is transferred to the surface of the hose at a certain temperature and pressure to form a hot stamping pattern.

• Positioning device: such as positioning rods, positioning cylinders and other components, to accurately position the hose to prevent the hose from shifting during the hot stamping process and affecting the hot stamping effect.

• Discharging device: Automatically discharge the hot stamped hose for subsequent processing or packaging.
