High pressure mineral oil filter housing assembly, is a vital factor for high pressure system, which aims at mechanical solids removal from miniral oil, to ensure the liquid purity.

 

1.    Construction

The filter housings are designed in accordance with international regulations. They consist of a filter head and a screw-in filter bowl.

 

Standard equipment:

*  connection for a clogging indicator in filter head

*  drain screw with pressure relief (for size DF 330 and above)

2.    Description

Pressure setting of clogging indicator △ Pa= 5bar (others on request)

 

Cracking pressure of bypass valve for size 30-1320 △ Po=6 bar (others on request)

 

Seals    NBR (=Perbunan)

*  Seals in FPM, EPDM

*  With bypass valve (only SDDF filter)

*  Oil drain screw, up to DF/DFF 280

*  In ADI material

- for high duty cycle (SDDF/SDDFF 330-1500)

 

3.    Application

It can be used for mineral oils, lubrication oils, non-flam fluids, synthetic and rapidly biodegradable fluids.
