II. Filtration Principle
The working principle of Shengda NF series filters is mainly based on physical filtration, where impurities in the fluid are blocked by the filter media as the fluid passes through the filter cartridge, while clean fluid passes through the filter cartridge into the downstream system. The specific process is as follows:
1. Inflow of Fluid to Be Filtered: Fluid enters from the filter inlet and flows through the filter cartridge.
2. Impurities Blocked: Impurities in the fluid are blocked by the filter element on the filter cartridge, forming a filter cake.
3. Discharge of Clean Fluid: Clean fluid after filtration passes through the filter cartridge and exits from the outlet, entering the downstream system.
4. Cleaning and Replacement of Filter Cartridge: When the filter cartridge becomes clogged to a certain extent, it needs to be cleaned or replaced to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the filter.
