I. Overview
Shengda’s RFLD filter is a filtration device with high performance that is widely used in various industrial fields to meet the filtration needs of different fluid media.
II. Working Principle
When the liquid to be filtered enters the filter, it will first pass through the filter screen, this step is mainly used to remove particulate impurities in the liquid, such as suspended solids, particles and colloidal substances, etc., to ensure the cleanliness of the liquid.
In the filtration process, with the accumulation of impurities on the filter screen, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter screen will gradually increase. When this pressure difference reaches a preset value, the filter automatically starts the cleaning process, while the control valve is opened for blowdown, and the accumulated impurities are discharged from the filter. The entire cleaning process ensures the cleaning effect while avoiding unnecessary energy consumption.

The filter housings are designed in accordance with international regulations. If need, change over valve can be stainless steel. All filters are with pressure equalization line, and connections for venting and draining of standard filters are NPT thread.
