II. Working Principle
The filtration process is based on the effective capture and removal of impurity particles in the fluid as it passes through the filter element. These filters typically contain a high-precision filter element, and when fluid flows through it, impurity particles are captured by the filter material, while clean fluid continues to flow out of the filter. In this way, the LPF series filters protect other components in the system from contamination, ensuring stable operation of the equipment and extending its service life. Additionally, these filters are designed with a structure that facilitates easy replacement of the filter element, so that when the filter element reaches saturation, it can be easily removed and replaced to maintain the continuous and efficient operation of the filter.

HYDAC filter elements are validated and their quality is constantly monitored according to the following standards:
ISO 2941, ISO 2942, ISO 2943, ISO 3724, ISO 3968, ISO 11170, ISO 16889
Compatibility
It can be used for mineral oils, lubrication oils, non-flame fluids, synthetic and rapidly biodegradable fluids.

Pressure setting of clogging indicator: ΔPa=5 bar-10% (2 bar available)
Bypass cracking pressure: ΔPo=6 bar+0.5bar (3 bar available)
IV. Functional Characteristics
1.Filtration Performance: The filters effectively filter out mechanical impurities in fluids, such as rust, sand particles, and small solid particles in liquids, protecting equipment and pipeline accessories from wear and clogging.
2.Easy Maintenance: The filter elements of the filters are removable. When cleaning or replacement is required, simply remove the filter element, process it, and reinstall it, making maintenance very convenient.
3.Sealing Performance: Shengda’s LPF series filters use high-quality sealing materials (such as NBR, FPM, EPDM, etc.), ensuring the sealing performance of the filters and preventing fluid leakage.
