Feature:
Vertical and horizental composite 5-axis CNC machining center 630V is a small and medium-sized CNC machinetool.Workpiece in a clamping can be automatically continuously completed milling, drilling, boring, expanding, hinge, tapping and other processes. It is suitable for small and medium-sized box, plate, disc, valve, shell, mold and other complex parts of small and medium-sized batch processing. The machine tool adopts high-precision hollow water cooling rail and wire bar, the machine tool has better dynamic responsiveness and high-speed, can achieve high-speed cutting, low-speed without crawling, and is widely used in precision parts, 5G products, hardware, auto parts, medical equipment industry.
The whole machine structure is fixed column type, L-shaped structure. The main body adopts a large stable base, high rigidity column, high-speed cutting without vibration and deformation.
The large foundation base and column are made of mineral shape, and the headstock and slide plate are cast with high strength cast iron material, so that the machine tool has high rigidity, good shock absorption and stable precision.
The three-axis guide rail adopts roller line and rail bearing capacity, with high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
C3 grade ballscrew with pre-pull structure, eliminate part of the hot extension, its bearing with self-lubrication, extend the bearing life.
The magezine adopts the arm type, with reliable quality and stable performance.
High-speed electric spindle unit with BT40-20000RPM
Equipped volume type and forced lubricating oil system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool.
Machine tool exhaust standard front row exhaust, water tank front design, automation, humanization, high efficiency. Double water tank filtration system structure to provide good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
Equipped with high-performance wide digital five-axis CNC system, standard RTCP function, to ensure the stability of the machine tool control, but also to ensure the user required CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions.
