Gas turbine flow meters are mainly used for measuring the flow rate of medium fluids such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, biogas, natural gas, steam, etc. in industrial pipelines. When measuring the volumetric flow rate under working conditions, they are almost not affected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc.

The meter head of the gas turbine flowmeter is equipped with intelligent LCD height display for instantaneous, cumulative flow value, flow percentage, etc. It can filter impurities and switch freely between multiple units. The electrical interface is made of all 304 stainless steel material, which is not prone to aging and cracking, effectively isolating water and dust from entering, and extending its service life. Using a new type of sensor, the starting flow rate is low, the pressure loss is small and not easily corroded, and the seismic and pulsating flow resistance is good. Integrated flange connection, using all 304 stainless steel material for stable structure, good toughness, high temperature resistance, long-term use, not easy to rust and anti-corrosion. The precision impeller uses Cr13 impeller, which is durable and has strong impact resistance, with a lifespan 4-5 times longer than ordinary impellers.

Due to its strong anti-interference ability, wide applicability, accurate and stable measurement, gas turbine flow meters are widely used in industries such as public gas pipelines, power energy gas treatment, chemical flue gas treatment, natural gas pipelines, environmental gas treatment, and metallurgical industry.
